I'm so far behind on blogging. From all appearances, Kaleb had a super birthday and lots of fun. He has been busy playing soccer and getting excited about summer vacation. For about the 4th or 5th year, Michelle and Trevor threw a water party, which was tons of fun
for the kids. We always think it will be really warm by May 14th, but again this year it was a bit on the chilly side. The kids never seem to mind though - they play on with goose bumps and blue lips!
Kaleb's backyard is like a water park! Most people rent these inflatible water toys and jumping cages, but the Larsen's own them. Kaleb and his friends have a great time all summer. They have done so much to their backyard over the years - it looks very nice.
Kaleb got lots of neat presents. His parents gave him golf clubs, so John and I got him a golfing glove (among other things), and he seemed happy. Grandpa helped him get it on. One of his friends gave him a Barbie doll as a joke. He was embarrassed but submitted to a picture.

We had great eats and then it was time for the cake, well cupcakes. What can you say about boys and sweets? Kaleb blew out the candle and then the mob lined-up lickety-split!
Kaleb is the sweetest kid with the biggest eyes. We love him so much and hope he has a great time being a BIG NINE.
